Members are only entitled to services if their AfriForum membership fees are paid up.
Members are responsible for updating all information on the system.
Members must agree beforehand to the use of their personal information in emergencies.
Members’ personal information will only be used to assist in emergencies.
Information may be provided to emergency staff for managing the crisis.
Members are responsible for the complete and accurate information of their family and next-of-kin.
AfriForum only acts as agent for members in arranging emergency services and patients may be billed by the service provider. The member indemnifies AfriForum from any costs in this regard.
AfriForum is not accountable for circumstances or actions beyond their control.
AfriForum shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete or erroneous information of members.
Service providers are selected according to strict standards, and AfriForum is not responsible for any mistakes, neglect or malpractice by service providers.
Any unlawful act by a member may result in refusal of services to that member.
The services offered by the AfriForum 911 app are limited to within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
